WE LOVE OUR VOLUNTEERS

When you sign-up your child to participate in one of our football programs at NGWFC not only do they become a member of our incredible club and see all of the benefits from being involved, you too as a family become a valued members of our NGWFC community!

Throughout the season we will be need your help on our Seniors match days as well as other games or events the club may host.

Teams will be allocated a week where each family will contribute a 2hr – 3hr shift. Whilst sometimes a daunting thought,  all rookie volunteers have survived and often enjoyed their day!! This is largely due to our regular club volunteers who are ALL so incredibly welcoming and are thrilled to have you there!

Volunteering is a great way to met families within your team as well enjoying the festivities of what out football club has to offer!

As part of the team allocation to volunteer, the kids will be given the opportunity to have a game day experience and walk out onto the pitch with our senior team prior to kick off & participate in half time activities with their teammates!

Football needs you!

The usual ways we ask you to help is:

  • Ćevapi master on the grill
  • cooking or serving in the kitchen
  • pouring drinks at the bar
  • managing the gate.

There are also many other ways you can help your club. If you’d like to offer us a hand in other ways please email NGWFC.hr@gmail.com

Thanks to our volunteers!

Thanks to all the volunteers who make soccer in Geelong possible. Volunteering is everything at our club. Football stops without you!
