With extreme sadness, North Geelong Warriors FC would like to inform our extended football family on the passing of one of our favourite sons, Frankie Simovic.
Frankie was a former committee member, member, junior player, coach, team manager, passionate volunteer and above all else friend to many at his beloved NGWFC.
Whenever there was a call out for volunteers at the club, Frankie would be the first to call and volunteer, and whenever, due to health issues, he couldn’t volunteer, he would call to apologise. That was the man he was and how he will be remembered. He loved his club and the club loved him!
Frankie will be sadly missed but his spirit will live on!
