North Geelong is delighted to announce that Stuart Begg is continuing as Head Coach of the NPL Men’s Program for 2023.
After an exciting and satisfying 2022 where Stuart took the team to 2nd and was promoted from NPL2, the club continues with it’s faith in Beggsy (as he’s affectionately known) to keep the team focussed on the challenge ahead.
“Pre Season will commence soon and we need to prepare for the earlier start to the season as well as the rise in intensity” stated Begg.
“NPL is a tough competition where stalwarts in the top six are difficult to break down and clubs outside the six fight tooth and nail to avoid the drop” continued Begg.
This promises to be a fantastic test of the club’s youth development policy as well as helping the new signings brought in to solidify the squad to gel together to keep the positive mindset going in 2023 and beyond.
